The Tagayasan is hand-crafted from Bombay Blackwood which has long been used for furniture, interior decor, and even wooden swords because of its hardness.
The wood for these pens is dried for 20 days before being turned to ensure stability. It is then coated with several layers of urushi lacquer and polished to a high-gloss shine.
The Tagayasan sports an 18K gold nib and arrives in a wood box with a green velvet interior.
Nib Material: 18K Gold
Filling Mechanism: Cartridge, Converter

The Zen Of Fine Writing
Sad news, Friends... Our physical store in Biltmore Village has been completely destroyed. It's been devastating for us and has been emotionally hard to process or even get our minds around. The flood waters basically swirled all the way to the ceilings, literally smashing everything to bits and leaving everything coated in toxic mud.
During our transition we have set up a "Current Offerings" category where we will be adding new items daily. We're hoping this will help us bridge the gap during our transition. So please keep checking back as you will find something new each time you stop by.
If any of you feel inclined, we have set up a Go Fund Me site for donations. Here is the link to that: https://www.gofundme.com/f/join-us-in-restoring-a-beloved-local-haven
