Sad news, Friends... Our physical store in Biltmore Village has been completely destroyed. It's been devastating for us and has been emotionally hard to process or even get our minds around. The flood waters basically swirled upwards all the way to the ceilings and 2nd floor, literally smashing everything to bits and leaving everything coated in toxic mud.

 

You are all like family to us and we miss you all immensely.

 

Once we we get access to water, electricity, cell/phone service, gasoline, and grocery stores opened again, we will then begin the next steps to augment our online store, and also begin assessing if it's possible to reopen in Biltmore Village again. Right now, though (like most of Asheville) we are still in survival mode.

 

We are all alive, however, which is something to be thankful for.
